Our Architectural arm comprises of award-winning architectural practices with extensive experience in residential, social housing, retirement housing, heritage, education and commercial projects. We’ve undertaken projects of up to £20m in contract value with a focus on creating the best spaces, buildings and places with a level of design that inspires, enabling people to thrive and create lasting memories. We strive to build strong relationships with our clients, allowing us to adopt a collaborative and coordinated approach considering all key design drivers, including cost, programme/ project life cycle, and operational requirements. The development of our Engineering arm is currently in progress and once in place will provide a full range of Structural, Civil and MEP services from concept development through to construction. We understand that each project and client are unique, we’ll therefore work closely with our clients to design projects that meet their goals while balancing site constraints, the environment, and costs.
Interior Design and Architecture often come hand-in-hand and whilst we can offer these services through our architects we are in the process of building a dedicated Interior Design arm for ARDEEN. These services will help bring any project to life, whether it’s home staging, looking to reimagine a room in your home, furnishing office space, re-design a restaurant or creating a luxury home from scratch, our goal will always be to create a space that works for you and will be enjoyed at every moment. We believe in quality-designed interior spaces that are creative, flexible and sustainable. No matter the size of the task, our team will be able to help.
